INTAKE
The process begins with an initial consultation where important information about the client’s background, needs, and goals is gathered. This includes discussing the client's medical history, behavioral supports needed, and any relevant family or educational details.

ASSESSMENT
Following the consultation, the BCBA conducts an in-depth assessment, which may involve observations and the use of specific assessment tools to evaluate the client’s behavior, strengths, and areas for growth. This information helps us understand the client’s unique needs and preferences, guiding the development of an effective, individualized treatment plan.

INTERVENTION
After completing the assessment and developing the treatment plan, we collaborate with families and caregivers to set measurable goals. Using evidence-based ABA strategies, our team delivers individualized therapy in natural settings—home, school, and community. This approach helps develop communication, social, daily living, and behavior skills that are able to generalize to everyday life.

SUPPORT
We collect ongoing session data to track progress and adjust interventions as needed. Families receive training and support to ensure consistency across settings. Behavior analysts monitor outcomes through data review and family meetings. As goals are met, we celebrate each step toward success and assist families in the process of shifting to greater independence, promoting lasting confidence in the skills learned.
